A 110 m² home designed to accommodate 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a Large Living Room and a Kitchen with access to the Terrace. The aesthetic pursued in this Project is Mediterranean, as it is a second residence intended for Leisure. The heating system in this Project is underfloor heating, also featuring heat recovery ventilation, reducing Energy Consumption, avoiding unnecessary energy loss and improving the home’s healthiness and habitability. The key materials in this Project are Travertine flooring, Campaspero stone as the fireplace base in the Living Room, and Iroko wood for the Doors and Chestnut wood for the Furniture. The porthole window in the Door separating the private rooms features Amber blown glass, which is also used in the pantry cabinet designed by the Tabula Studio team. This piece, not immediately perceptible at first glance, has 3 different depths that adapt to the perimeter of the home, making use of every corner.
