Complete Home Renovation in Bilbao of a home located in Plaza Zabalgune. The starting point for this renovation in Bilbao was a former office in a stately building. This project was conceived as a home with a certain English feel, while also being eclectic in its textures and colours. This Complete Home Renovation in Bilbao consists of a 70 m² space open to the exterior, housing a large living room, dining room and semi-open kitchen with a metalwork glazed partition. The ceiling height was maintained, although only the original mouldings in the main bedroom, dating back to 1909, could be preserved. For the skirting board, Markina porcelain was chosen for the common and circulation areas, transitioning in the bedrooms to a simple square-section oak skirting. This element lightens the space and offers greater flexibility to adapt to the styles and times of each member of the family. The main bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom accessed through a walk-in wardrobe, concealed behind walnut panelling. This same walnut panelling is also replicated in the living room, concealing a storage and library area.
