Complete Renovation and Furnishing in Bilbao of an apartment located in the Ensanche area of Bilbao. The building is a residential block between Calle Elcano and Máximo Aguirre in Bilbao, close to Doña Casilda Park.

Originally, the home had a highly compartmentalised layout, typical of apartments in the Ensanche district from its period. It had two entrances, one service entrance and one main entrance, with the kitchen separated from the living room, several bedrooms, a large continuous balcony and a very bright terrace facing the inner courtyard.

Punto Medio is a Complete Renovation in Bilbao project that reflects our philosophy: creating environments that enhance wellbeing, encourage natural movement and highlight the beauty of the natural.

The project is based on two main premises: on the one hand, to expand the visual space by establishing a connection between the living room and the kitchen; and, on the other, to achieve visual calm through the finishes and materials used throughout the project.
